When it comes to stretching, I’m pretty dedicated. I push my body, up and down mountains, thus I’m pretty adamant about treating my body to a full recovery.
Regardless of your fitness regime, all should incorporate stretching into their daily life. Between the hours of driving, sitting at the computer, and looking down at our phones, we are ALL in need of some flexibility and muscle care.
Stretching increases range of motion, reduces muscle tension, and increases blood circulation.
