Paradise

Running today presented itself with a different challenge- I couldn’t stop taking photographs!  I couldn’t get over how spectacular the colours contrasted against one another to create such a stunning canvas.  I went up Helen Creek, over Dolomite pass and then dropped into the valley below following Dolomite Creek.  On the way out I passed Helen Lake and took the main Helen Lake trail back out to the highway.  I ran a total of 6 hours, encountering many creek crossings along the way!

Anywho- this trip reminded me of how I live in one of thee most beautiful places in the world.  I am so so so lucky!  And without further ado- the photographs:
